We then rinse the surface with pressurized hot water, and immediately extract the water, soil, and detergent with a powerful vacuum system—leaving floors clean and refreshed.
How often should I have my floors cleaned?
We typically Hot Water Extract (deep clean) our clients’ tile & grout floors every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on traffic.
Carpet is HWE at 3, 6, or 12-month intervals, with maintenance Low Moisture cleaning every 2-6 weeks in the meantime.
